About

Grow plants at home, without the guesswork.

DIY.farm helps you grow plants where you are — a windowsill, a balcony, a desk, or under a grow light. Edible ones you can harvest, and houseplants that just make a place feel yours. We’re especially good for small and indoor spaces, where most plant advice assumes a yard you might not have.

The promise is simple: honest, specific guidance. We’d rather tell you a plant wants more light than you can give it than sell you a fantasy — so every recommendation comes with the real trade-offs, not just the upside. And we flag whether each plant is edible or just decorative, and whether it’s safe around cats and dogs.
